Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups rice flour


  • 1/4 cups maida


  • 1/4 cups hiroti rava


  • 20 nos spinach leaves


  • 3-4 nos green chillies


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • In a bowl take rice flour, maida, chiroti rava,cummin and 1tbs hot oil.
  • In a mixie jar take palak, ginger,green chillies, cummin,salt and make a fine paste.
  • Now add the paste to the rice flour mixture and make using hot water.
  • Give 20-30 mins rest to the dough
  • Take a small ball from the dough roll and give round shape like bangle.
  • Heat oil and fry kodubale on medium heat.
  • Serve with tea.
